Antea has 16 years of experience in human resources, the last 6 in the hospitality industry - a specific 'industry' in which HR processes are only slowly coming. For the past ten years, she has been mostly working on setting up and booting HR systems in companies. She knows what it means to start from nothing (in terms of the HR process) and together with the team build the foundations for a better future. She likes challenges, problems that seem unsolvable and teamwork.
