The Best Regional HR Practices: Atlantic Grupa, Belje and Webpower Stood Out for Their Innovation

The award for best HR practices is a recognition of the dedicated and planned work of companies and organizations, teams and individuals who are excellent in human resources management.

The curtain was lowered at the 10th HR Days conference.

Our two-day gathering this year brought together more than 600 HR professionals from Croatia, the region and the world who once again joined us in Rovinj. In addition to lectures by exceptional Croatian and foreign HR experts, discussions on current topics and practical workshops, this year's conference also offered content without which none of our conferences can and should not pass – the awarding of awards to the best HR practices in the last year.

This award has been awarded by MojPosao since 2010, and an expert jury composed of human resources professionals this year had to go through 49 applications. To this year's edition the adjective "regional" can be added because for the first time applications for HR practices, except from Croatia, came from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia. Our expert jury, which included Vanda Lugarov from mojPosao, Mojra Dautović, Bruketa&Žinić&grey, Antea Popović from Victus Group and Željko Antolić from Ericsson Nikola Tesla, were tasked with selecting five finalists.

According to their court, this year's finalists are: Webpower Adria d.o.o., Belje Plus d.o.o., Poslovna inteligencija d.o.o. from Croatia, Atlantic Grupa d.d. from Macedonia and Endava d.o.o. Belgrade from Serbia.

The audience gives the deciding vote
In order to help the jury select the best ones, every year we add an additional member – our audience, conference participants – to the jury. On the eve of the award ceremony, representatives of the HR department of the companies that made it to the finals gave short, ten-minute presentations, followed by an audience vote. Here are the final results:

The first place went to Webpower for its original project Four-day working week. The second place went to the company Belje for the project Be Agri Future, while the third place went to Atlantic Grupa with the project Atlantic Bank.

HR Practices return next year, and we look forward to new applications for innovative projects that promote the role of HR in companies and thus improve the quality of work of their employees and business results.
