Currently, Iva is the Head of People and Culture at Pontis Technology, an IT company based in Zagreb.
She has more than eight years of experience in human resources, working in both the IT and telecommunications industries. In her role, Iva leads a team responsible for recruitment, learning and development, employer branding and marketing. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb and has completed additional education at the SELECTIO HR Academy and the Croatian Association for Behavioral-Cognitive Therapies.
