Anamarija Minarski, s više od desetljeća iskustva u upravljanju ljudskim resursima u tvrtki Hrvatski Telekom d.d., specijalizirana je za talent management, organizacijski razvoj i transformacijske programe. Kao direktorica u Hrvatskom Telekomu, odgovorna je za područje razvoja i edukacija, selekciju i zapošljavanje, uvodeći inovacije u HR procese i razvijajući održivi HR koji se usklađuje s tržišnim trendovima i potrebama u digitalnom dobu.

Before joining Hrvatski Telekom, Anamarija gained valuable experience working at Podravka, where, as a Human Resources Development Project Manager, she contributed to the enhancement of HR strategies at the group level. Her education includes a degree from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and further specialization in human resources.
