Vera is the Director of the Human Resources Management Sector, responsible for the overall strategic and operational HR management within the companies of the CO Group in Croatia and regional markets.
She brings extensive experience from senior HR roles and was part of the senior leadership team at British American Tobacco, where she worked in End Market, Cluster, and Area roles across multiple European markets.
Throughout her long international career, Vera has led the development and enhancement of People & Culture processes, as well as actively participate in M&A processes, integration, restructuring, and the launch of new business models through start-up operations.
