Nina Sekula graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. After 15+ years of experience in the field of auditing and finance, she has committed last 5 years to work and development in the field of human resources management. Currently, she holds the position of the director of the HR Talent Acquisition and Employee Support Department at OTP banka, with a particular focus on the employer branding, the job that she considers to be an excellent combination of HR, communications and marketing. She has successfully digitized many HR processes, and is particularly proud of launching of the infrastructure for electronic signing and electronic employment contracts.
