Vladimira Senčar Perkov is an experienced human resources professional with over 20 years of expertise in HR management and leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked across various industries, including logistics, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
She currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at KRAŠ, one of the most renowned food companies in the region. Her areas of specialization include HR transformation, organizational restructuring, reward systems, performance management, organizational and policy design, and strategic planning.
Vladimira began her professional journey as an HR consultant and went on to serve as HR Manager and Head of HR in numerous leading international and domestic companies.
