Siniša Komnenović currently holds the position of Vice President for the South region at Alma Career, a leading provider of online employment services in Central and Eastern Europe. In this role, he is responsible for operational business and strategic growth in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Serbia, with a focus on innovation and creating added value for clients and job seekers.
Prior to joining Alma Career, Komnenović was the CEO of Tifon, a member of the MOL Group, for seven years, where he made a significant contribution to the development of organizational culture and business efficiency. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, and then served as Sales Director for Croatia and Slovenia at Pernod Ricard.
He graduated in Management from the University of Rijeka, and further advanced his skills in business leadership programs at SEED and INSEAD.
