Vanda Lugarov, Head of HR at Alma Career
From the end of 2023, she assumes the role of Head of HR at Alma Career, overseeing operations across Central, Eastern Europe and the Baltics. Specifically responsible for the southern region, she leads the implementation of HR processes in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and North Macedonia. She previously managed human resources at MojPosao. The acquired knowledge and experience through many years of work in finance, focus on business and analytical skills are also applied in human resource management as a strategic partner. As a member of the management team, she actively participates in the development projects of Alma Career, and she is especially pleased with positive changes through improvements in business processes, strengthening of leadership, organizational culture and employee experience.
