After 15+ years of experience in the field of auditing and finance, she has committed last 5 years to work and development in the field of human resources management. Currently, she holds the position of the director of the HR Talent Acquisition and Employee Support Department at OTP banka, with a particular focus on the employer branding, the job that she considers to be an excellent combination of HR, communications and marketing.
