Mario Ju\u0161i\u0107 is the head of the Human Resources department at Globalna hrana, which holds the franchise for McDonald's in Croatia. He is building his career parallel to the growth of McDonald's, where he has been developing since the first opening of the restaurant almost 30 years ago. During his career, Mario built his experience and worked dedicatedly through all positions and is a real example of how one can progress within the company from an entry-level position in a restaurant to a restaurant manager and finally be part of the company's management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to solving everyday challenges through which he learned and transferred knowledge, Mario developed over the years at education in the country and abroad, including the special McDonald's Hamburger University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his work, he places a special focus on the education and motivation of employees with an emphasis on their growth and development, creating the basis for McDonald's to be an employer that easily attracts new candidates because they recognize that it is an environment in which they can grow together.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
