Iva Lopac Butorac, Head of Organizational Development and Career Management at Erste & Steierm\u00e4rkische Bank d.d.<\/strong> has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, HR consulting, organizational development and transformation programs, talent management and employer branding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Erste Bank, she is in charge of the field of development and education, as well as selection and recruitment. Introducing innovations in HR processes and creating a sustainable HR that follows and understands market trends and business needs in the digital age, are her great professional passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iva has also many years of experience working in the telecom industry where as part of the global and local HR team she worked on the introduction of innovative HR practices in development, performance management and HR business partnering. Iva graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and received her Master\u2019s degree from the Rotterdam School of Management.
