\u017deljko Antoli\u0107, Director of the Human Resources Unit and member of the Executive Management of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u017deljko has more than 30 years of experience working in the ICT industry. After 20 years of working in the R&D area, in 2010 he decided on a new challenge and started working in the HR organization of Ericsson Nikola Tesla. His primary focus was talent management and the development of their careers. He assumed the role of Director of the Human Resources unit in 2021. He remains a great enthusiast of new technologies and their application in everyday life while taking care and reflection on how technology affects people, their efficiency and contribution to business results. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
