Scores can range from -100 to +100, with negative results indicating dissatisfaction and positive results reflecting loyalty and satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u0161i\u0107 Crnkovi\u0107 revealed a <strong>concerning national eNPS score of -60<\/strong>, highlighting a widespread sense of employee dissatisfaction across Croatia. The key to success, she explained, was involving employees at every stage of the process, which not only strengthened their connection to the company but also helped reshape the organizational culture through focus group feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Sandra Mileti\u0107 \u0160kopac highlighted the power of \u00a0<strong>individual development plans<\/strong>. By focusing on individual assessments of employee skills and potential, the company was able to identify and nurture 12 new young managers\u2014what Bogu\u0107anin affectionately referred to as <strong><em>\u201cthe bank\u2019s own children\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">At Ars Futura, mental health support has become a standout employee benefit. Sanja Karan explained how the company introduced free psychotherapy services, with 20% of the workforce regularly taking advantage of them. \u00a0<strong><em>\"While it does come with a cost,<\/em><\/strong>\" Karan noted, <strong>\"we\u2019re proud that management understands the value of this benefit.\"<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruna Kostelac Ko\u0161ir from M Plus Group shared insights from a collaborative study with top universities like Oxford and Harvard, focusing on the impact of the pandemic and remote work on employee well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study found that, although the data confirms that remote working has been very effective during the pandemic, some clients are now striving to return to traditional ways of working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall takeaway from the event was clear: continual investment in employee satisfaction and loyalty is essential, but there are countless creative approaches beyond financial incentives that can make a real difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">As a final note, the event also announced that applications are now open for the \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hrprakse.hr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Best Regional HR Practices<\/a> award.
