These are projects that companies have implemented in their operations and thus increased the quality of work of their employees and business results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award has been given by the MojPosao portal since 2010, and the expert jury composed of human resources professionals has so far had the opportunity to evaluate over 354 submitted projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2022, the best HR practices will spread to the region, and companies from Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina can also apply. Idea behind the practice and possibility of replication<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>timeliness; the project is based on the objectives of the organization's strategy and \/ or the strategy of the human resources management function; proactivity versus reactivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>originality, innovation and creativity; the project was developed and implemented at the local level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replicability \u2013 the practice can be very easily replicated without any or with minimal adaptation in most organizations (regardless of company size and industry)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-proces-razvoja-projekta\">2. Implementation of practice<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reasons for starting the project; structured approach to process development; involvement of employees and management in process design; feasible and transparent project activities and defined budget, resources and deadlines; cost efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-konkretni-ucinak-projekta\">3. After the presentation, the audience gives their ratings through the web application, which are added to the jury's ratings.
